Out on the Saffron Road, the pace is picking up as we head for the end of the year and some of the world's major holidays. Instead of the same-old, same-old, why not travel with us to the Indian Subcontinent. What better way to honour Thanksgiving, than joining an exciting ride to help others gain a new life? How about celebrating Christmas with a cup of tea (along with other more exciting beverages!) in Darjeeling and kicking-up your heels at New Year festivities in exotic Kathmandu? Or deserting the hum-drum life for a desert excursion in colourful Rajasthan? With our next three tours, you could be doing all of the above. Charity Ride Nepal (20th November): raising funds and awareness for the Sewa Kendra Leprosy Relief. Participants will have the opportunity to visit the hospital and volunteer if they choose. The ride itself is a wonderful new 15 day route through Nepal (read more below). Christmas Escape (18th December): from Calcutta in the east of India, to Delhi in the west and traveling the breadth of Nepal, you'll get to spend Christmas in Darjeeling and New Year in Kathmandu. Memories for a lifetime. Rajasthan Royalty (12th January): the land of kings and warriors, of mighty fortresses and incredible palaces, of desert landscapes and ancient cities. Rajasthan is a kaleidoscope of vivid colour, ancient splendour, vibrant music and exuberant life.
