300 Miles No Hands

A man in American aims to ride his Harley-Davidson "no hands" for 300 miles to raise money for Parkinson's research.

Phil Comar, 61, watched his father, Robert, struggle for years with Parkinson's disease. Now, in his father's memory, Comar will ride his Harley-Davidson motorcycle nonstop and "hands free" from the Mackinac Bridge to the Ohio border Oct. 10 to raise money for Parkinson's research.

He aims to raise $4000 for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, after his father died from the disease.

Phil said he is skilled at riding with no hands and has been practising the skill for the last 20 years.

An additional petrol tank has been added to the back of his motorbike that will allow him to make the trip without stopping for petrol.
